Terms of Service

By ordering my services you are agreeing to the following conditions:

❀ Customer❧ Pay first, but if you don't feel confident you can pay 50% upfront and 50% at the end, this is to avoid scammers.
❧ You are free to make as many changes as you like to the sketch, after lineart, limited changes (color change does not apply).
❧ Payment must be made after sketch approval.
❧ No refunds allowed either once paid.
❧ As arts are for personal use, in case of commercial use, an additional fee will be charged (+70%).
❧ You can't sell as a product or something of that kind UNLESS you have the commercial use pass.
❧ The customer (or someone else) cannot change the art.
❧ If the customer is inactive for more than 2 months without a justification, the order will be suspended.
❧ I dont do NSFW for anyone under 18, by ordering this type of project with me you agree that you are over 18 and take responsibility if you are lying or withholding information about it.
❧ You can't remove my signature and/or claim the illustration as yours. By no means take away my credits.

❀ (Me) Artist❧ I have the right to refuse your commission if I don't feel comfortable with it.
❧ I can cancel the commission at any time, giving the customer a full refund.
❧ On weekends I'm resting, so they won't count as delivery days.
❧ I'll post the finished art on public sites and use it as an example. (If you do not want, let me know).I do:
- Humanoid.
- NSFW.
- Custom.
- Light gore.
- Fanart.
- Canon x oc.
- Simple background.
Don't:
- Mecha.
- Feral.
- Extreme gore.
